Greek style porridge
This porridge is super easy to make and it takes you to Greece right away!
To make it you simply need to dice 1/2 of a pear, cook your oats like you usually do and add the diced pear to it while it cooks, meanwhile cut the other half of your pear in thin vertical slices and caramelize them in a pan with coconut oil and a drizzle of honey.
Finally when the prridge is ready, serve it in a bowl and top it with figs (if they're in season), the caramelized pears, a few banana slices, tiny grapes and sesame crackers!
