Working full time in a gastronomic restaurant has taught me a lot of things, from the difficulties of finding good local suppliers, finding the perfect way to plate a dish or even the strict hygiene rules that apply to this industry.

All of the above are essential to a successful business and that's when I realized that I wanted this and more! 

In fact communication has always been a very big asset in my life; thanks to my ability of speaking 4 languages I always knew I was meant to be in contact with the people I serve and feed, something more than a "Thank you for the lovely dinner, it was a great experience" type of comment that I hear everyday in the establishment I work in. Thanks to this private catering plateform not only I get to share a great moment and experience with you from A to Z but also share my passion for food trends, nutrition and convey you that healthy eating can rhyme with delicious too!

               Long story short, I am launching this business and making this big dream of mine come true is simply because I want to know all about your food likes and dislikes, make you discover healthier alternatives and original foods from around the world and  of course, allowing you to spend a pleasant moment with your loved ones around a great meal! After all... food brings people together right?
