Turkish Ciblir
To make this you simply need to spread some Greek yogurt on a plate, drizzle some tahini paste on top, add 1 (or more) poached egg in the middle, fresh herbs like mint, coriander, cilantro and spices and enjoy it with a good pita!
Trust me it’s even better when shared with your loved ones!
First of all cook 6 potatoes, 6 carrots and 3 to 4 big beetroots in boiling water for 20 to 30 minutes (or more if needed), peel the vegetables, grate them and add one layer of potatoes at the bottom of your mold, then the mayonnaise ( or healthier option Greek yogurt + mustard) then the diced herring, then the boiled and grated carrots and the cooked beetroot and more fake mayo on top and then you just have to repeat it over and over again before adding some herbs and boiled eggs on top!
PS: This salad is the key to my heart.

Italian Parmiggiana

All you need to do is steam thin slices of eggplants ( or fry them but let’s keep it healthy), dip them in tomato sauce, pile them up in a circular mold and for each layer add some Parmesan cheese and mozzarella on top, don’t forget to press the whole so that it sticks together and finally remove the circle, add some more cheese on top, basil (I didn’t have any sry) and place it in the oven at 210° for 15min!
Enjoy this Italian starter with a side salad!
