Healthy puddings

This breakfast is so easy to make, simply mix 3 to 4 big tblp of chia seeds with 20cl (or more if needed) of plantbased milk (I used coconut),1 to 2 tblsp of maple syrup to taste and let it sit in the fridge overnight; The next day add the slices of figs on the edges of your mason jars and pour the chia mixture in it, enjoy with a homemade granola and more figs on top!
